- Why are the’68 and Aloha sets released only on DVD and not VHS?
- What about a “making of” documentary chapter or commentary tracks?
- I heard that commentary tracks were recorded with Scotty Moore and D.J. Fontana for the two “black leather sit-down shows” for the ’68 Comeback DVD set. What happened to those?
- What about press conferences, backstage material and other related footage?
- The '68 DVD set has the two black leather sit-down shows, but was there also a blue suit sit-down show as photos suggest?
