This year's preliminary winner will receive $3,500 cash plus lodging in Memphis while representing Tupelo, a commemorative bronze statue of Elvis at age 13, a guitar from Tupelo Hardware, and a return visit to Tupelo in 2013 as the feature performer. Second place winner will receive $1000 cash and third place will receive $500.
