Catering and Bar Services

Graceland Special Event CateringAll food and beverage must be provided by Graceland or one of our approved caterers. Our approved caters are:

  • Cotton Boll
  • Heart and Soul Catering
  • Hog Wild BBQ
  • The Peabody
  • Simply Delicious

Your per person menu cost includes the food, dinnerware, tables, chairs, set up, break down, staffing, white linens and the facility. There is NO ADDITIONAL RENTAL for any of our regular event venues. However, if an event is held in the Elvis Presley Automobile Museum, the $15.00 per person attraction fee will be charged in addition to the per-person menu charge, unless the Platinum Tour is purchased.

Graceland does some in-house catering through our Food Service Department. However, due to limited kitchen facilities, at the present time we must limit our catering to groups of 100 guests or less.

Sample menus from each of our caterers are available.  However, please do not feel limited by these selections. Any of them can be “fine tuned” or we will be happy to create a new menu just for you!

Deposit and Payment

We require a signed contract and a $500 non-refundable deposit within 30 days after your event is confirmed.  The deposit will be applied toward our final bill, provided there is no damage or property loss.  Events hosted by individuals are payable in full  ten days in advance of the event.  Corporate events may be billed following the event with approved credit.

Bar Service

Bar Service is available. We offer Host or Cash bars or a combination of the two.

Premium Brands - $6.50 per drink
House Brands - $5.50 per drink
House Wine - $4.50 per glass
Premium Wine - Pricing Depends on Selection
Domestic Beer - $4.00 each
Imported Beer - $4.75
Non-Alcoholic Beer - $3.50
Soft Drinks - $1.75
Bottled Water - $2.50
Beverage prices apply to both cash and host bars. Cash bars require minimum sales of $100.00.

Bartender Charges
Host Bar - $30.00 per hour per bartender.
Cash or Combination Bars - $35.00 per hour per bartender.
One additional hour will be charged for set-up and breakdown per bartender.

Cashier Charges
$15.00 per hour

We recommend one bar per 75-100 guests.

If you request any number of bars above and beyond the standard recommendation, there is a $150.00 plus tax ADDITIONAL BAR CHARGE per bar. This charge applies whether you have a cash, host, or combination cash/host bar.
