Ticket Office Hours

The ticket office is open 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and 9:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. on Sunday for most of the year.

From November through February, the ticket office hours are 9:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. The listed opening and closing times are for the ticket office only.

Mansion tour availability begins 30 minutes after the ticket office opens and the last mansion tour of the day begins when the ticket office closes. All other Graceland attractions, gift shops and restaurants open approximately one hour after the ticket office opens and close on a staggered basis one to two hours after the ticket office closes. Exact closing times are determined by daily attendance levels.

Free Walk-Up Times for Meditation Garden

There is a special period of time for free-admission walk-up visits to the Meditation Garden at Graceland, where the grave sites of Elvis and members of his family are located. Walk-up times are daily from 7:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.
