Security Guidelines For Graceland Attractions
The Graceland Tour Associates are available throughout out the tour to answer any questions. No bags (including camera bags, backpacks, shopping bags, briefcases or luggage items) will be allowed on the tour. Any other items carried on tour will be searched. Graceland provides lockers for guests who do not wish to leave these items in their vehicle. Assistance is available at the Guest Services desk.
For the comfort and health of our guests and staff, and to protect our exhibits and facilities from damage, smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas of Graceland Plaza. Smoking is prohibited on all Graceland shuttles and is prohibited everywhere on the Graceland Mansion property.
Policies for Cameras & Audio-Visual Equipment
Guests may make photographs with a regular still or digital cameras in all areas of the Graceland complex, inside and out, including the mansion property. However, flashes of any kind are not allowed inside the mansion or inside any museums or attractions. Flashes are disruptive to tours and, over time, with millions of visitors, would damage costumes, artwork and other irreplaceable items. Because of this, we suggest using 800, or above, speed film. Tripods may not be used on the tours as they present a safety hazard for guests walking by.
Due to the need for copyright protection, the use of video cameras, movie cameras, and tape recorders is prohibited inside any of the museums, attractions and shops in the plaza. The use of such equipment is allowed only outdoors in Graceland Plaza. Such equipment is not permitted on the Graceland Mansion grounds. Graceland provides lockers for guests who do not wish to leave this equipment in their vehicle. Assistance is available at the Guest Services desk.
All photography made at Graceland by guests is to be for private use only. Any commercial use or public exhibition of such material must be cleared with the corporate office in writing in advance.
All media access for still or video photography, recording, broadcasting, interviewing, etc. must be arranged in advance through the corporate office. Graceland welcomes interest from the news media and is as accommodating as possible. If you are interested in discussing a project, please fill out the Media Request Form

Graceland Retail Store Refund/Exchange Policy
The following refund/exchange policy applies to all retail stores located at Graceland, Heartbreak Hotel and the Graceland RV Campground:
- Refunds or exchanges can only be for purchases made in the Graceland, Heartbreak Hotel or Graceland RV Campground retail Stores.
- All refunds or exchanges must be made within 60 days of purchase and must be new, unused and contain all original packaging & accessories.
- Refunds cannot be made for the following if they have been opened: CDs, DVDs, watches and jewelry.
- Refunds can only be made with the original receipt and will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. Credit card purchases will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase. Purchases made with cash/traveler’s checks will be refunded in cash.
- Returns without the original receipt can only be for in-store merchandise.
Graceland Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed on any Graceland tour or inside any Graceland attraction or facility except for service animals. Guests are implored not to leave pets unattended in vehicles. Graceland suggests the following local veterinarian who offers boarding and kennel services:
