Become a Licensee

Dear Prospective Licensee:

If you decide to research the possibility of a License, we require that you complete and return the License Application. Please also submit one non-returnable product sample, if available, along with a product catalog and one of the following: balance sheet, income statement or Dun & Bradstreet report. Please be advised that all costs and expenditures associated with artwork, concepts, samples, prototypes and proposals prepared and submitted by a prospective licensee to Elvis Presley Enterprises, Inc., in connection with a license, are to be borne solely by the prospective licensee.

Issuance of a license agreement for your product will depend greatly on the product, quality, creativity, sales projections and channel of distribution.

A guaranteed minimum royalty and an advance upon execution of the signed agreement is expected.

Licensees of Elvis Presley Enterprises, Inc., must have comprehensive general liability insurance coverage, including product liability insurance, naming Elvis Presley Enterprises, Inc., as additional insured. Specific details of a license will be discussed with you should it be determined that a licensing arrangement would be beneficial to both parties.

In addition to the vast variety of photographs that EPE has in its database, we also represent the works of the following artists and photographers as their works pertain to Elvis Presley: Artist Betty Harper; Artist Adam Port; Artist Joe Petruccio, Photographers Alfred Wertheimer and Robert L. Smith; and Elvis artwork only from TV Guide, all of which are available for licensing through Elvis Presley Enterprises, Inc.
