Graceland Harley- Davidson Dealer Recognized as one of the Nation's Top 25 for Outstanding Performance

Graceland Harley –Davidson and Southern Thunder Harley-Davidson were awarded Harley-Davidson Motor Company’s highest honor – the Gold Bar & Shield Circle of Excellence Award. This award is given to the top 25 Harley-Davidson dealerships in the United States. Graceland Harley-Davidson and Southern Thunder Harley-Davidson earned the award based on their motorcycle and related sales performance, an evaluation of customer service and satisfaction, and various operational measures.

“One of the primary reasons the Harley-Davidson brand has such tremendous customer loyalty is because of the efforts of dealers such as Lisa Wade,” said Jeff Merton, Harley-Davidson’s Vice President and General Manger of North American Sales. “We are really proud to have Lisa Wade and her outstanding staff as part of the Harley-Davidson family.”

Southern Thunder Harley-Davidson has been in business in the Desoto County area since 2006. It recently moved to its new location at 4870 Venture Drive in Southaven, MS, just off I-55 at exit 287, and will celebrate its Grand Opening, May 1- 8, 2010. Graceland Harley-Davidson is currently located in the Graceland Plaza on Elvis Presley Boulevard, across the street from Graceland mansion. This is the second consecutive year that Graceland Harley-Davidson and Southern Thunder Harley-Davidson have received a prestigious Bar & Shield Award from the Harley-Davidson Motor Company.
