"My dad looked like Elvis with his jet black hair. We managed to destroy all of my dad's Elvis records as kids by playing them in the basement over and over again. "Hound Dog" was the anthem. When I was 14 years old, my mom took my brothers, sister and I to an Elvis concert. It was May 2, 1977 at the Chicago Stadium. I framed that ticket and still proudly display my memorable moment. I like to give Elvis credit for inspiring me to move to the West Coast and become a film, concert, and music photographer."
