Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artists Cody Slaughter and Brandon Bennett Starring As Elvis Presley In Million Dollar Quartet National Tour and Chicago Production

“Million Dollar Quartet,” the Broadway musical inspired by the electrifying true story of four rock ‘n' roll icons, has just announced that 2011 Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Cody Slaughter will star as Elvis Presley.

Cody will begin performing during the U.S. Tour, which begins in Cleveland, Ohio on October 11, 2011. The tour is scheduled to have performances in Memphis at The Orpheum on February 14-19, 2012. Check out a complete list of tour dates!

"After a national search, we're thrilled with the new cast of Million Dollar Quartet for our tour," director Eric Schaeffer tells broadwayworld.com. "I have no doubt this talented company will have the country rockin' just as our companies in New York, Chicago and London do!"

Competing in the Ultimate Tribute Artist Contest has opened the doors for many performers. Currently Brandon Bennett, who was the 2008 Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist, is starring as Elvis during the Million Dollar Quartet’s six month run in Chicago.
