Baseball 101 for Elvis Night with the Memphis Redbirds

Elvis fans are traveling from around the world for the 35th celebration here in Memphis and we thought a crash course on baseball might be helpful for Elvis fans attending the kick-off event with the Memphis Redbirds.

On Friday August 10, Elvis fans dressed in their "I Am An Elvis Fan" tees will pack AutoZone Park for an Elvis-themed Memphis Redbirds baseball game against the Tacoma Rainiers. At 5:00 p.m. Elvis fans and local residents will gather for a celebration that features live bands, fun giveaways, displays from many local music attractions, classic cars and a special appearance by the Budweiser Clydesdales. The first 5,000 fans to enter the park will receive a commemorative, limited-edition Elvis bobble head. In addition to all of the fun activities, spectators will enjoy Elvis music and video throughout the game.
