"Aloha from Hawaii" 40th Anniversary Screening Featured on

Forty years ago to the day, Elvis fans flocked to the Neal S. Blaisdell Center for the "Aloha from Hawaii" 40th Anniversary Screening. In a news story by, fans can see the first glimpse inside the 40th anniversary celebration.

The anniversary screening featured re-mastered video projected on multiple screens, recreating the thrill of being at the original concert. Priscilla Presley also recorded a special message to fans for the screening.

"This beautiful state has always been an important place for our family," said Priscilla Presley. "It is here where scenes of three of his movies, and several of his concerts - most importantly where we as a family have, and still do, come to relax."
