New Bonus Video of the Aloha Conversations Event Now Available to Elvis Insiders
March 08, 2013
Elvis Insiders can enjoy a new bonus video of former members of the J.D. Sumner and The Stamps Quartet speaking at the "Conversations on Elvis - Hawaiian Style" during the 40th Anniversary of Aloha From Hawaii. Bill Baize, who sang alongside Elvis in Hawaii, talks about how Elvis was truly at his best when performing the legendary concert and how they worked extremely hard to get the first-ever satellite concert right the first time. Forty years earlier, Elvis took the stage for the concert that became the most watched broadcast by an individual entertainer in television history. Bill, along with former members of J.D. Sumner and The Stamps Quartet, sat down with host Joey Sullipeck to share their memories of that day. Basic and Plus members can check out this new video of the panel discussion in the MEDIA
section. Photos and video are now available from the 40th Anniversary Celebration of "Aloha from Hawaii." Plus, read the entire "Elvis, Aloha from Hawai'i via Satellite Day" proclamation by clicking here.
