Following is the essential information for the VIP ticket holders for Elvis: The 30th Anniversary Concert :

Number of VIP Ticket Holders:  510

VIP Early Entry - VIP ticket holders may enter FedExForum as early as 5:30 PM. Entrance for VIP check-in for those arriving before 6:30 PM (when the doors open for regular ticket holders) will be only at the main entrance on Third Street. If one parks in the parking garage, one must walk outside and around to the main entrance to get early entry. From 6:30 PM on, access to the venue will be through all the usual portals, including the garage.

Check-In - There will be a VIP check-in table in the lobby. VIPs will identify themselves by showing their tickets and will be issued a VIP badge and directed to the VIP reception room by signage and staff. The elevator near the lobby.

VIP Room Location - The VIP reception room will be on the First Tennessee Club Level in the Opus Restaurant. The elevator opens directly into that room. This is where VIP gift bags will be distributed.  Contents of the bags to be announced here when the details are finalized.

VIP Room Availability - The VIP reception room will be available before, during and after the 30th Anniversary Concert.  Pre-show availability will be 5:30 PM to 7:45 PM (show time is at 8:00 PM), then again at intermission, and again after the concert until 12:00 Midnight.  (The concert is expected to end around 11:00 PM.)

Cast Appearance - The concert cast is expected to make their appearance to greet the VIPs in the reception room after the show..  There will not be an autograph/photograph line, but still cameras will be allowed for snapping shots of the cast during their appearance in the room. 

Hospitality - Hospitality prior to the show will include hors d'oeuvres and soft drink and water service. A cash bar will also be available. Beverage service and the cash bar will also be available at intermission and after the show.

Extra VIP Benefit – Although the building will be cleared of all regular ticket holders after this show to prepare for the Midnight in Vegas concert that follows it, all 30th Anniversary Concert VIP ticket holders may remain in the VIP reception room until the doors open for seating at the midnight show. The VIP room will close and those who have tickets to the midnight show may go to their seats and we will bid the others departing the VIP room a fond goodnight.

V-VIP Ticket Holders – The holders of the 12 special VIP front-row ticket packages that include access to backstage hospitality at intermission will receive a second badge at check-in for this access. They will be identified at check-in by the seat numbers on their tickets. At intermission, a member of the concert staff, will come to the front row and escort them to the Lexus Lounge backstage for hospitality.
