New Hawaii Exhibit Opens This Saturday
“Elvis’ Hawaii: Concerts, Movies and More!” will open to the public on Saturday, January 5, in conjunction with the Elvis 2013 Birthday Celebration. The exhibit features never-before-seen footage of Elvis on the boat heading to Hawaii in 1957 and color footage of Elvis' first Hawaiian concert, along with rare artifacts, outfits, and more.

 | Insiders Reception and Graceland Tour
As part of the celebration, Insiders will enjoy a private evening tour of the the Graceland mansion decked out in its holiday decor on Sunday, January 6. Special guests will be Anita Wood Brewer, who dated Elvis from 1957 – 1962, along with a special Q & A session with Rex and Elisabeth Mansfield.

Also, be sure to check out the "Elvis’ Tupelo Presentation" here at Graceland on Monday, January 7, at 1:00 p.m. The mini-conversations will feature emcee Memphis Jones, along with Tupelo Historian Roy Turner and Elvis’ childhood friends Guy Harris and Sam Bell. This event is free. Tickets will be provided on a first-come, first-serve basis.

 | Tickets for Birthday Celebration Available Online
Insiders who are still needing tickets for 2013 Birthday events can purchase them online. Several fun events are scheduled and the celebration concludes with the Elvis Presley Day Ceremony, which includes a birthday cake cutting and proclamation by both the Memphis and Shelby County officials.
