Elvis Week is August 10 - 17 and will be a celebration of Elvis’ movies, music and legacy. Elvis Week is just around the corner and we are excited to announce new guests who will be making an appearance for the first time here, in addition to exciting new events recently added to the schedule.

Ronnie Milsap
Official Elvis Insiders Event; Saturday, August 17
Country music legend Ronnie Milsap did session work with Elvis, including playing piano and singing on “Kentucky Rain.” Milsap is known as country music's most popular and influential performers and continues to be one of the most successful cross-over singers of his time. Purchase tickets.




Mother Dolores Hart
Conversations on Elvis; Wednesday, August 14
Mother Dolores Hart starred with Elvis in two films – “Loving You” and “King Creole.” Six years later and after 10 successful feature films, she left Hollywood and joined the Abbey of Regina Laudis. Following Conversations, Mother Dolores will be signing copies of her new book, “The Ear of the Heart.” Purchase tickets.

Norbert Putnam
Conversations on Elvis; Wednesday, August 14
Norbert Putnam, known as "Putt" by Elvis, recorded as a session bassist with Elvis on over 100 tracks. Norbert was also one of the studio musicians during Elvis’ December 1973 recording session at Stax in Memphis. He will be joined by representatives from Sony who will be talking about the new “Elvis at Stax” release. Purchase tickets.

Elvis at Stax Listening Party Announced for August 13

In conjunction with the much-anticipated August 6th release of “Elvis At Stax,” the 3-CD box set chronicling the music Elvis recorded at Stax Studios in July and December 1973, RCA/Legacy Recordings is hosting a very special listening party at the Stax Museum of American Soul Music on August Tuesday, August 13 at 4:00 p.m. Fans will have an opportunity to stand in the very same spot where Elvis recorded the music they are hearing, in addition to witnessing stories and details behind the music and recording sessions from representatives of Sony and special guest Norbert Putnam, who recorded with Elvis at Stax in December 1973.  Admission to this event is free.

Get the Elvis Week Main Stage All-Access Pass


A very limited number of All-Access Passes are still available for the Elvis Week Main Stage at Graceland during Elvis Week. This large, air-conditioned pavilion is the site for many of the Elvis Week events which include celebrity guests, live entertainment, Elvis-themed parties and much more. The All-Access Pass grants you admission to all published EPE events listed on the schedule for the Elvis Week Main Stage (with the exception of private events, including the Aloha VIP Reception on August 16). Doors for all-access pass holders will open 10 minutes prior to doors for individual ticket holders.

Celebrate 40 Years of “Aloha from Hawaii” at the Orpheum Theatre




Celebrate entertainment history at the Orpheum on August 16 with a special enhanced screening of Elvis’ landmark 1973 television event. During this special screening, experience “Aloha from Hawaii” as you never have before. The re-mastered video is featured in high-definition and edited to create a special experience for you, the audience. Included will be rarely-seen footage and audio that, when combined with the stage footage, will remind even the biggest Elvis fan why they call him the king! PLUS, as a special enhancement to the evening, enjoy a performance by former members of J.D. Sumner and the Stamps Quartet (Bill Baize, Donnie Sumner, Ed Hill, Larry Strickland).

See 29 of the best tribute artists in the world compete in the 2013 Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest. Enjoy hours of Elvis music and entertainment as these preliminary winners compete for their chance to advance in the contest. The Ultimate ETA Contest Semifinal Round will take place on August 14, with the Final Round on August 17.

There is a very limited number of VIP tickets for this event remaining.
