1956 was a landmark year for Elvis Presley. It was the year he skyrocketed to superstardom and changed the face of music and pop culture forever. The Elvis in 1956 Art Contest challenged artists to creatively show how they celebrate Elvis in 1956 for the chance to win 56 Elvis prizes, including a trip to Elvis Week 2011, tickets to Viva Elvis by Cirque du Soleil and a cabin on the 2012 Elvis Cruise.
